The player is not producing any sound or the stream won't start playing.

Solution:

This is usually caused by browser permissions or stream configuration issues.

1.Check if your browser has permission to play audio (look for speaker icon in address bar)
2.Ensure the station is actually live (check for "LIVE" indicator)
3.Try refreshing the page
4.Clear browser cache and cookies
5.Try a different browser or device
6.Check your device volume and unmute settings
Audio Stuttering or Buffering
MEDIUM PRIORITY

Problem:

The audio keeps cutting out or buffering repeatedly.

Solution:

Check your internet connection and stream quality settings.

1.Test your internet speed (minimum 1 Mbps recommended)
2.Close unnecessary browser tabs and applications
3.Lower the stream quality in player settings
4.Move closer to your Wi-Fi router
5.Restart your router if issues persist
6.Try using Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi
Poor Audio Quality / Distortion
LOW PRIORITY

Problem:

The audio sounds distorted, muffled, or low quality.

Solution:

The broadcaster may need to adjust their streaming bitrate and encoding settings.

1.Contact the station owner about audio quality
2.If you're the broadcaster: Increase bitrate to 192-320 kbps
3.Use proper audio encoding (MP3 or AAC recommended)
4.Check your microphone and input levels
