2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

2.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Service Usage

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Broadcasting live radio shows (with appropriate licenses)
• Listening to music and radio content
• Interacting with DJs and other listeners
• Creating and sharing playlists
• Participating in community features

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Broadcast copyrighted content without proper licenses
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Spam or distribute malware
• Attempt to hack or compromise the Service
• Use bots or automated systems without permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload or broadcast
• You grant us a license to host, store, and distribute your content
• You warrant that you have rights to all content you upload
• You are responsible for obtaining music licenses (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, etc.)

4.2 Music Licensing

Broadcasters are responsible for obtaining all necessary music licenses from performing rights organizations (PROs) including but not limited to ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, and SoundExchange. We do not provide music licenses.

4.3 Our Content

All Service branding, design, code, and features are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Plans

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5.2 Tips and Donations

• We process tips and donations via secure payment providers
• We take a service fee as disclosed at time of transaction
• Tips are non-refundable once processed
• DJs receive payouts according to our payout schedule

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe). Their terms also apply to your transactions.

6. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

7. Service Availability

7.1 Service Level

7.2 Modifications

• We may modify or discontinue features with notice
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service
• We are not liable for service interruptions

You may cancel your account at any time through account settings.
